Our Training & Services Catalog features over 50 customizable trainings, workshops, webinars and round-tables to meet the individual needs of any organization large or small.

This has been yet another challenging year for all of us who own an organization, work in business or non-profits and supervise staff.  Specific to New Directions, we’ve had to work hard to keep costs down, while still providing the quality customer service and standards our clients expect.  Sound familiar?  It’s no easy feat to keep team and staff morale high, educational development continuing, while pleasing stakeholders and remaining competitive.  However, through the challenges and obstacles, the trials and late hours, I think we have found some much needed determination and quite frankly, grit.  At New Directions, we have had to take a realistic look at what separates us from other firms, and how we provide immediate value to our current and future clients.

Pillars of Service.
In 2011, we are moving forward with a clear vision of where we want to grow and succeed in the next generation of New Directions.  We have defined what value we provide to clients and customers in what we’re calling our Pillars of Service.  These services include Facilitation, Training, Surveying, Coaching, and Strategy.  They share a common focus:  maximizing the potential of people.


Right People.
Successful organizations, with the right people in place, can capitalize on competencies and talents, and create a compelling vision and culture for their organization.  The difficulty for many organizations is the general willingness to accept that things are just “good enough.”  They get stuck in personality differences, organizational politics, silos and hoarding of resources rather than striving for the challenge of a high performance, collaborative workplace.

Road Map.
At New Directions, we have twenty-seven years of experience coming alongside organizations that want to challenge status quo, and need help designing the road map to make it happen.  It might begin with an organizational assessment, strategic planning or a dialogue with leadership.  It might include training leaders, middle managers or even building an in-house training team.  Or, it might even mean coaching an executive on flexing his or her leadership approach for maximum effectiveness.
