There’s a whole new world out there with virtual networks and interconnectivity that is completely foreign to many of us. If you’d like to learn how to use these networks, this workshop is for you.

Course Offerings:

Social Media By Design:
A workshop built with the end in mind, our trainers take the learner from the general foundations of current social and interactive medias through using them as a business tool.  This workshop discusses not only the use of the new technology in the workplace, but how to responsibly encourage your employees to help through decision making protocals, timelines, goals and a clear vision to effectively use the new tools.

The learner will be able to:

  • Establish a presence on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and others
  • Understand how to best utilize your network for workforce connectivity and networking
  • Indicate the do’s and don’ts — avoiding things that could get you in trouble

Who should attend:

Anyone with any interest in learning this new paradigm of social media and how it can practically apply to business development.  We encourage that senior leadership have a good sense of what is possible with this course and comfortable with pioneering a social media program before.

Online Reputation Management:
According to the Harvard Business Review over 50% of the world’s most admired companies manage their brand and reputation online poorly.  This workshop takes the learn and teaches them how to properly manage a reputation online.  With built-in, time-tested protocols, a chain of command, proper response techniques and where to look, this workshop is great for the “social media manager” at your office.

The learner will be able to:

  • Build a social media presence online (through Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Blogs)
  • How to proactively encourage brand participation online
  • How to react to comments, posts, tweets about your brand with our 4R model
  • How to implement customer service standards and continuous quality improvement throughout the organization based on feedback from these social media

Employees that have been tapped to work with social or interactive medias in their company

Direct Email: Basics
Using a Direct Email service (ConstantContact, MailChimp, etc.), our trainers will work with your staff to teach the basics of email marketing.  From design, structure and good business practices, your staff will be able to build a direct email program from scratch in a matter of hours.  Using techniques that we have implemented in our own company, this training is a no fluff, brass tax way of addressing email marketing for the company looking to build their audience.

The learner will be able to:

  • Learn the basics of an online email program
  • Learn how to build an effective email that gets opened and interacted with
  • Learn how to draft reports that lets management know how the audience is using the email
  • Build a program that encourages timeline, content building, goals and measurables

Who Should Attend:

Both staff and senior leadership who have an interest in growing their email capabilities to build a great audience.  Senior leadership is encouraged to attend as there are fundamental decision making and company strategy discussions that take place.
