The Manfred Relationship Selling Seminar series will begin on Wednesday, September 4th with Getting Good in Your Sales Role as a Real Estate Professional. Following that will be Building Relationship-Based Sales Skills on Wednesday, September 18th. The third in the series will be on Thursday, October 3rd titled, Flexing to the Customer’s Style. Session four will be Helping the Customer Choose You on Friday, October 11th. The final class in the series is Handling Concerns and Closing the Sale on Thursday, October 24th.
“We’re trying to close the ‘real estate loop’ here,” says John Manfred, Vice President of Manfred Real Estate Learning Center. “For many years we have offered licensing courses to help prepare students to take their real estate exam to apply for a Salesperson license in NYS. That only gets them in the door. Now you’ve got to sell the property or services you offer as a real estate professional. Not every Real Estate Broker provides adequate training for new licensees and we feel there is a need here. We’ve collaborated with The New Directions Group, an outstanding training and development firm from Bennington, Vermont, to provide the other half of the equation, building relationships with customers and closing the sale. We think this is exactly what the new and seasoned real estate professional is looking for in the market – how to build rich and long-term relationships with customers and other real estate professionals. This 5-part series is a vehicle that Manfred can offer to help those real estate professionals get a leg up on their competition. We’re really looking forward to the seminar series.”
